INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Berries
METHODS
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray an oven safe dish/ramekin with nonstick spray.
- Mix all ingredients in a separate bowl and then pour into the dish.
- Bake in oven for 25ish minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes and add some nut butter.
