INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 lbs. salmon with skin on bottom
METHODS
- Mix sauce (without sesame seeds) and pour on salmon.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in pan.
- Put salmon and sauce in, skin side down. Put lid on pan. Cook until done, adding a little water if sauce starts to burn. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top a little while before it’s done.
