INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp butter
METHODS
- Mix dry ingredients together well.
- In a separate bowl beat wet ingredients. Then add melted butter.
- Stir wet mixture into dry mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 220˚C in an 8x8" pan.
