Icing makes it too rich.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 squares of chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Chocolate chips - as many as necessary
METHODS
- Heat oven to 150˚C.
- Melt butter and chocolate together.
- Beat eggs and sugar until stiff.
- Add flour, nuts and chocolate chips.
- Put into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
