INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/8 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 big tablespoon cinnamon
METHODS
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in egg and molasses.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add to cream mixture.
- Place on uncreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 175˚C for 10-12 minutes.
