Snickerdoodles
Don't let them get too brown.
INGREDIENTS
METHODS
  1. Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda.
  3. Chill it a little.
  4. Roll into walnut sized balls.
  5. Roll in the cinnamon sugar and place 2 inches apart on uncreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 205˚C for 10 minutes or at 175˚C until just tan.
