Don't let them get too brown.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Cinnamon sugar
METHODS
- Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
- Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda.
- Chill it a little.
- Roll into walnut sized balls.
- Roll in the cinnamon sugar and place 2 inches apart on uncreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 205˚C for 10 minutes or at 175˚C until just tan.
